- Set up filling lines, load machines with tubes, cardboard cards/packaging labels and plastic blister packs, package tubes into boxes by hand or machine package tubes.
- Hand fill line is portable and employees manually fill buckets.
- Stack sealed boxes or buckets onto pallet and move to staging areas using pallet jacks.
- Maintain machine at defined rates and standards and fix jams as needed.
- Maintain housekeeping standards at work area and complete squeeze outs of applicable tubes as needed.
- Monitor and enter downtime reasons on Informance unit.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Prior work experience in a Manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Must be able to multi-task and be detail-oriented.
- Ability to climb ladders and stairs.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and be able to record progress/procedures/steps as completed.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use computer programs, analyze data and participate in CPI projects.
- Ability to differentiate between shades and colors of products.
- Lift up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis and 80 pounds on an occasional basis.
- Ability to work in a team environment and take ownership over an area of responsibility.
